Join Abby Richard, Chakra Expert and Reiki Practitioner, and Paula Athena, Colombian Herbalism Student and Embodied Storyteller, for a nourishing ceremonial experience designed to reignite creativity and restore sacral flow.

This workshop blends ancient herbalism, reiki, guided meditation, and chakra teachings to support whole-being healing. Together, Abby and Paula guide participants through intentional practices that awaken the sacral chakra, the energetic center of creativity, pleasure, and emotional expression.

Participants will be led through guided meditation, embodiment exercises, affirmations, and teachings rooted in ancient herbal wisdom. Each attendee will receive a personalized Reiki-infused ceremonial tea during the workshop, along with a curated Sacral chakra tea blend to take home, allowing the healing to continue beyond the space.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a journal for reflection and notes. All tea served during the ceremony is provided.
