Abby is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Level 2 Reiki practitioner with an Honor’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience. With over 6 years of teaching experience, she loves to host healing workshops and community classes, guided by her love for sharing practices that help people reconnect with the body and its innate wisdom.

Her workshops span yoga, nervous system healing, chakra exploration, breathwork, aromatherapy, tea, poetry and journaling, and creative arts. Each teaching is designed to awaken self-awareness and support healing from within. Abby blends modern science with ancient wisdom to create heart-centered, accessible spaces for growth and transformation.

Dawn Palermo hosts workshops, classes, and private events that will draw out your inner fun and creativity.  Dawn’s speciality is providing a happy, fun environment where people can express themselves through art.  Dawn facilities workshops on vision board creation, Neurographica/Neuro Art, and painting on both glass and canvas. 

Dawn is a Neurographica Specialist who studied under the supervision of Dr. Piscal Piscerev, the Founder of Neurographica at the Psychology of Creativity Institute in Russia. She uses Neurographica to coach clients through removing limitations and judgements as well as revealing intentions to succeed in life. Her goal is to provide an environment that allows people to identify how they can live a balanced harmonious life.

Kaylee is an experienced Reiki Master Teacher and Energy Healing Specialist. She is a sensitive and free spirit with a passion for healing and creating. Her goal in all of her offerings is to awaken the power within you and show you how you can heal yourself.
