Learn the ancient art of mala making in the hand-knotted style and create a beautiful & intentional tool to find balance, alignment, chakra awareness, and deepen your meditation practice.

Participants will enjoy a deep dive on the Throat Chakra, knowledge and history of the japa mala as well as practical uses of this intentional tool.
