Participants will gain an in depth understanding of the heart chakra through a yogic lens, a biological lens, and through an ancient herbalist lens. You will walk away with easy to use tools, and a knowledge of herbs you can use to clear and align your heart chakra.
Attendees are invited to bring a journal to take notes if you'd like.
